這種合伙人的想法很簡單,,就是一個人干很累,,于是大家合伙一起干。在合伙過程中,,彼此都設定嚴格的薪酬標準,,諸如底薪、績效,、考核工資,、提成、年度完成任務激勵或年度利潤分享,、收入不搞平均主義等等,。這種合伙人奉行的原則是,有利益就在一起,,沒有利益就散伙,,正所謂:天下熙熙,皆為利來,,天下攘攘,,皆為利往。

In the partnership process, strict salary standards are set for each other, such as base salary, performance evaluation salary, commission, annual task completion incentive or annual profit sharing, and income inequality.
