創(chuàng)始人和聯(lián)合創(chuàng)始人必須要全職投入,，誰兼職就不要考慮，這種騎墻行為是最沒有擔(dān)當(dāng)?shù)?，?chuàng)始人最重要的責(zé)任就是擔(dān)當(dāng),！

1.股權(quán)綁定

1. Equity binding

這也是投資機(jī)構(gòu)帶來的理念，比如我投了你之后,，公司的創(chuàng)始人或聯(lián)合創(chuàng)始人,，在公司的股權(quán)要有一個(gè)綁定期，比如3年,、4年或5年,。

This is also the concept brought by investment institutions. For example, after I invest in you, the founder or co founder of the company should have a binding period for their equity in the company, such as 3, 4, or 5 years.

其實(shí)從投資人角度來講，時(shí)間越長(zhǎng)越好,，一個(gè)項(xiàng)目從天使到上市,，平均時(shí)間是7到8年，但創(chuàng)始人都希望綁定期越短越好,，目前通常是3到5年的股權(quán)綁定,。

從天使的角度講，你只承諾工作3到5年,，如果過了綁定期你走了,，這公司誰來做？

因此這個(gè)綁定期對(duì)CEO極其重要,，任何一個(gè)創(chuàng)始公司,，如果CEO走了,，你根本就找不到人能夠接替他，CEO一定是創(chuàng)業(yè)公司不可替代的資源,，而企業(yè)的成敗也都寄托在這個(gè)人身上,。

Therefore, this binding period is extremely important for the CEO. In any startup company, if the CEO leaves, you cannot find anyone to replace him. The CEO must be an irreplaceable resource for the startup company, and the success or failure of the enterprise also depends on this person.

2.股權(quán)成熟

比如二股東在公司擁有20%的股權(quán)，綁定期4年,，就是干滿一年能落實(shí)5%,，不滿一年不算數(shù)，但有的股權(quán)成熟機(jī)制會(huì)細(xì)到按月,，比如干滿幾個(gè)月落實(shí)多少,。

For example, the second shareholder owns 20% of the equity in the company, with a binding period of 4 years, which means that 5% can be implemented after one year of work.
